Hello Parents and Caregivers, 

We have discovered a very large hornets’ nest in the ceiling of the school.  After consultation with pest control, it has been determined that it needs to be dealt with sooner rather than later for the safety of students and staff.  The exterminator will take care of the nest this evening and no entry into the building will be allowed for 48 hours. Hubbard will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday, with the school being reopened on Thursday morning. 

We will recognize National Truth and Reconciliation Day on Thursday so don’t forget your orange shirt!
