Medicare Cards:
If you received your child’s Medicare card and have not already sent a copy into the school, please do so. If it was missing from your child’s Student Data Collection Sheet, you do need to send in a copy.

Hubbard Movie Night:
The Grade 3 Team will be hosting a movie night (Bad Guys) for the whole school on Thursday, October 5th. The cost is $5.50. Online Only Payment. Please read school cash email for details.
Soc Hop:
There will be a Grade 3 soc hop on September 26th.
There will be a Grade 4 & 5 soc hop on September 28th.
Please send in $1 on those days if your child plans to attend.
School Field Trips:
School Field Trips are starting. Permission to attend is granted by paying online. If you do not pay online, your child will be kept at the school with supervision.
Grade 3 Apple Picking September 25th:
If you have not already paid, please log online to do so by Sunday evening.
Grade 4 Kingslanding Visit October 4th:
If you have not already paid, please log online to do so by October 2nd.
Friday Hat Days:
Wear a hat on Fridays to support our local Food Bank. Please bring in $1 or a nonperishable donation every Friday.
Terry Fox Run:
Our Terry Fox Run will be held on September 29th. Please send in your donations with your child.
Cross Country Run:
The Cross-Country Run has been moved to October 4th.

Student Drop Off
School opens at 8am, no earlier. Please ensure other guardians/caregivers (Grandparents) are aware of this time.
Afterschool Transportation:
Reminder to send a note with your child to school if there is a change to afterschool arrangements. Verbal changes will not be guaranteed.
Absence Reporting:
If you know that your child(ren) will be absent, please call our safe arrival system at 1-833-294-4838 by 8:00 am to let us know about their absence. You can also download and install the App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store or from the link located on our website – https://go.schoolmessenger.com.
Our automated phone message system will contact you at approximately 9:30 a.m. if we have not been previously notified.
