Monday, October 7th THE GOATWORKS AFRICAN DRUMS World of rhythm… will set up in the gym and give brief demonstrations and descriptions of each drum. Touching on history, construction and cultural relevance
Tuesday October 8th Vanessa Foss from The Shelters will be here to present Meaning of Home with Habitat for Humanity
Wednesday October 9th Grade 3 students visit Mactaquac Park. Busses will leave the school by 9:30 am and will return at approximately 2 pm, therefore it is important that your child arrives at school on time. Thanks to Parks NB, there is no cost for this field trip!
Students will be outside for the entire day. It is imperative that your child be properly dressed. Dressing in layers, along with packing extra warm clothing is highly recommended. Please check the weather and pack accordingly.
Your child will also require a packed lunch, snacks and enough water for the day.
Thursday October 10th School Cross Country meet, this will be held here at the school by grade level.
Wednesday October 16th Grade 4 students visit Mactaquac Park.
